Weekend training – 18 & 19 Sept
This weekend Bob and Helen will be doing training sessions from Macleod, out around the Kinglake hills. Intensity and duration will vary depending on your ability and age.
Details of our sessions are:
Saturday 18th September
Time: 8am
Location: 17 McNamara street, Macleod
Duration: 3-4hrs (shorter for junior athletes)
Sunday 19th September
Time: 8am
Location: 17 McNamara street, Macleod
Duration: 3-4hrs (shorter for junior athletes)
What to bring:
Rain jacket and sufficient warm clothing, enough food to eat for 3-4hrs, 2 water bottles (preferrably with sports drink in one and water in the other), money, phone in ziplock bag, 2 tubes and a bike pump.
