Training ride – Saturday
Kelly Cycle Coaching are doing a training ride this Saturday, 27 August 2011.
Location: 17 McNamara St, Macleod
Time: 8am
Duration: 2.5-3hrs.
What you need to bring:
- bring 2 drink bottles and some food. We will stop during the ride to eat, for toilet stops, removing jackets, etc.
- Food suggestions include: muesli bars, honey/jam sandwich (wrapped in 1/4’s), banana, crumpets toasted with honey (and wrapped in foil). You should all bring at least 3 pieces of food.
- Bring your phone (in a ziplock bag) and $10 just in case.
- Bring two tubes and a pump (there are no bike shops where we ride)

If needed, we will split into groups so riders of a similar ability can train together. As usual, Bob and Helen will both be riding with the athletes.
CharterMason Team athletes should not attend this ride. This ride is suitable for juniors and other athletes not in the team.
