Hannah MacDougall, (Athens and Beijing, Para-Olympic Swimmer), and now a road and track cyclist, was the solo athlete on our training session this morning.  Lucky Han got to swap turns with the Kelly’s, contest some KOM sprints and dodge muddy puddles and a bit of wind. 

But after spending several years following black lines in the pool, she enjoyed today’s showery ‘non-Riviera’ conditions and towards the end of the ride, she came up with this classic quote:

“Todays ride was great.  I got two Kelly Cycle Coaches for the price of one, plus a free mud pack”.  Her pose showing two fingers for the price of one explains her quote.
