Training ride – 29th August
SUNDAY
Start location: 17 McNamara Street, Macleod
Departing: 8am
Duration: About 3-3.5hrs. Undulating terrain. We’ll split into smaller groups if required, after the warm up to cater for both our senior and junior athletes.
Weather: As usual please check the radar before you leave home. Look at the weather around Viewbank and out towards Kinglake. At this stage, the forecast is for a sunny day so fingers crossed.
Remember to bring:
- warm clothing, as well as two drink bottles,
- at least 3 things to eat, (ideas for food include muesli bars, bananas, sandwiches, toasted crumpets, raisen bread, banana bread, etc),
- pump, spare tubes,
- money and phone (in a ziplock bag).
