Strength and Conditioning

Dee and Will are two highly regarded Strength and Conditioning Coaches available to help you with your cycling endeavours.

Before commencing a Strength and Conditioning Program we suggest the following:

  • Book an appointment with a Physiotherapist and ask them to do Muscular and Skeletal Screening.  This screening identifies any muscular and skeletal weaknesses and provides a starting point from which your Strength and Conditioning Program will be derived.
  • The screening report will be sent to Bob and Helen Kelly who will send it on to the Strength and Conditioning coach you have chosen to work with.
  • Contact Dee or Will, introduce yourself and tell them you’re interested in getting a Strength and Conditioning program
  • Advise Dee or Will of any previous injuries as this is important before starting a specific Strength program
  • Send them your most recent monthly cycling program so they can integrate the Strength and Conditioning program, into your current cycling program
  • After Dee or Will receive your Muscular and Skeletal screening report, they will set up an appointment to see you, to get your individualised Strength and Conditioning program organised
